The logo and invitation design was inspired by the Otomi people, indigenous to the Hidalgo and Querétaro States of Mexico. Absolutely everything about this project appealed to me...from the bold and varied color palette to the simple yet complex ethnic imagery used in Otomi embroidery.
The coyote, Crane School's mascot, is featured in the design.
